Refund policy

LIVE PET POLICY.....

Your axolotl is guaranteed to arrive at your doorstep alive & healthy!! You are required to locate your package and bring it indoors IMMEDIATELY after delivery notification.

We ship all live axolotls via USPS Priority 2-Day Shipping service TWICE MONTHLY, on Mondays. (See current month's shipping schedule on our homepage!) You will be provided with a tracking number at the time of shipping. YOU MUST PLAN TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE UPON ARRIVAL or our "Live Guarantee" will not be honored! IF YOU WILL NOT BE HOME when your package is delivered during the hottest weeks of summer OR coldest weeks of winter, we encourage you to have your package "held" at your local post office, for pick-up. A simple call to your local post office and YOU can arrange this! If in the extremely rare instance that your axolotl IS deceased upon arrival, you must contact us IMMEDIATELY so that we may determine what happened and validate your "live arrival guarantee". Please be prepared to include your order number and your contact info with your inquiry. If we find that indeed the pet was delivered deceased, you will be provided with two options: 1) you may choose to have a new axolotl shipped to you OR 2) you may choose to have your money refunded.




MERCHANDISE POLICY.....
  • We will accept all authorized returns
  • All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, we will email you with the label attached.
  • Just print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.
  • You will have 30 days to send the item back for full store credit once you receive the free return label.
  • Once we receive the items back we will process the return and credit your account with the total amount.
  • Please email info@theluckylotl.com to receive an RMA# for your return.
  • Please include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return.
