LIVE AXOLOTLS SHIPPING POLICY
Live animals will be bagged and shipped in a lined box with ice packs and insulation. Our boxes are always marked "FRAGILE" & "LIVE AQUATICS". During the hottest summer months all axolotl purchases are marked "HOLD AT POST OFFICE FOR PICK UP" This is to ensure that they are not left outside in the heat. OUR LIVE GUARANTEE requires you to pick them up within 24 hours of arrival at your local post office!! During the harshest freezes of winter, shipping may be paused at our discretion for the safety of the little lotls.
We offer USPS 2-day Priority Shipping with tracking for FREE with each live axolotl purchase to the continental US, legal states only. All shipping is done on Mondays/Tuesdays for the safety of the live animals. IN OUR EXPERIENCE axolotls are capable of being in the mail for up to two weeks without any negative effects. We do our best to ensure a speedy delivery but we have no control over the USPS and any delays they may come across. We fast our axolotls for at least 48 hours before shipping to avoid ammonia problems.
Axolotls are illegal to import and/or own in California, Maine, New Mexico and New Jersey..... WE WILL NOT SHIP LIVE AXOLOTLS TO THESE STATES.

Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time
Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.
Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination. Most orders ship for just $3.99, and are processed via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.
For example, if you order a tee shirt, it will need 3-5 business days of processing time and then 3-5 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 7-10 business days.
(*There is a different processing time for different items. Once your order is placed, you can check the order shipping info from the online order status page. We will also inform you through your registered email, and provide you with a tracking number once your item(s) ship.)
Due to the abnormality of logistics provider caused by the COVID-19, there may be a 2-4 day delay in processing your orders.
Note for taxes:
For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK, and Canada,etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
We are excited to offer international shipping for most destinations of the world. The standard shipping will take 10 to 15 business days with extra 3 to 5 business days of processing time for every order.
